Webinars work great but the self-paced lessons have no sound, what can I do?

This has been caused by the Adobe Flash Player.  Be sure to go to the above link and download the latest Flash Player for your computer.  You can also clear your temporary memory of your Browser to help bring the sound file down.  In Internet Explorer click Tools, then Internet Options, and then click Delete under the Browsing History section. Then try the lesson again.

I would also suggest that you try the latest version of Firefox or Chrome if Internet Explorer is not working for you.
