Who is InfoSource, Inc. and why are they on my credit card statement?

InfoSource, Inc. is the parent company of SimpleK12 which in turn runs the Teacher Learning Community.  When you make a credit card purchase of a Full Membership you will find that InfoSource, Inc. is listed on your billing.  Below you can see their name on the Community Web Site.
