There are no refunds or returns on month-to-month memberships or on-site license implementations. To cancel a monthly membership, please contact us at support@simplek12.com prior to your monthly renewal date. Once a monthly fee is charged to your credit card, we cannot refund it.
In addition, we also offer a 14-day price match policy for yearly promotions. If you see a lower price offer for the identical item within 14 days of your original purchase, we will gladly refund the difference. The request for a price match must occur on or after the same day as the lower-priced promotion and before the advertised promotional discount ends.
